Description

The AMTROL FILL-TROL+ system consists of a specially adapted EXTROL+ pre-pressurized, diaphragm-type expansion tank, and the FILL-TROL, a specially designed, automatic, fill valve.

Fully adjustable up to a maximum working pressure of 100 psig
Factory pre-charged to 12 psig; tank pressure controls system fill

The HydroClaw Expansion Tank Support Bracket provides a safe and reliable option if you prefer to mount your expansion tank. This expansion tank bracket is easy to install and will hold any tank with a diameter of 11" nominal.

The Fill-Trol tank is the same concept as the Extrol with the added feature of a built-in automatic fill valve to save time and trouble on new installations. The Fill-Trol and Extrol tanks are not interchangeable because of different fittings on the tank, but the principle is identical.The automatic fill valve is actuated by the diaphragm in the tank so that when pressure in the system falls below a preset level, make-up water is automatically added. The complete Fill-Trol system incorporates the Fill-Trol tank with fill valve, an air purger and float type air vent.
